This health equity toolkit is a product of the Building Capacity for Equity-Informed Planning and Evaluation project led by Access Alliance Multicultural Health and Community Services and supported by the Association for Healthier Communities. This toolkit maps the resources that are available to build the capacity around health equity, at the individual user, team, and organizational levels. It represents a compilation of all the tools and resources created and gathered throughout the project.
